- 4 stars ！As the story progressed， we the audience witness another just person who thrives to see the world be cleansed of sins。 Adam Whiteley， a British Parliament catching the attention of both Charles Augustus Milverton and William James Moriarty as both sides tries to contradict each other's intentions。 With a great step for William's "plan" to be revealed as The Lord Of Crimes and Adam the "White Knight Of London"， William's scheme finally takes a big progress towards the finishing line， n - 4 stars ！As the story progressed， we the audience witness another just person who thrives to see the world be cleansed of sins。 Adam Whiteley， a British Parliament catching the attention of both Charles Augustus Milverton and William James Moriarty as both sides tries to contradict each other's intentions。 With a great step for William's "plan" to be revealed as The Lord Of Crimes and Adam the "White Knight Of London"， William's scheme finally takes a big progress towards the finishing line， nearing to the Great Act of the masked villain。I don't really think I can review this just as long as the other volumes since I have no words to describe my reading journey on volume 10 but overall， the story was interesting and enjoyable， a deserving solid 4 stars。 I was feeling a bit sad on the fact that Whiteley's household had to suffer such tragic deaths， Milverton still ignites a pure rage within me but he's still good looking otherwise。 I may or may not have become a simp but we'll see。 。。。more

I am really sad to say， by far， this is my LEAST FAVOURITE volume and I have my own reasons:From previous volume， The White Knight of London Act 1 introduced a new character of MP Whiteley and I truly feel his addition opened up another perspective of approaching a much ‘cleaner’ path to achieve equality。 I am so looking forward how the rest of the arc will turn out。Probably I might have high expectation on it。 I understand that by the end， Lord of Crime will be the common enemy of everyone， nob I am really sad to say， by far， this is my LEAST FAVOURITE volume and I have my own reasons:From previous volume， The White Knight of London Act 1 introduced a new character of MP Whiteley and I truly feel his addition opened up another perspective of approaching a much ‘cleaner’ path to achieve equality。 I am so looking forward how the rest of the arc will turn out。Probably I might have high expectation on it。 I understand that by the end， Lord of Crime will be the common enemy of everyone， nobles and commoners alike。 But the execution towards that goal （tragedy befallen on MP Whiteley seems a bit lousy）。 I know William wanted to test out for the MP’s profiling but it felt like it’s out of his character not to predict the upcoming events。 At least， a statement that he already think it through will resolve this crisis for me。 You know， we all know how cunning and resourceful our Liam can be but， this entire arc been putting it off。 I hope more explanation will justify on next volumes why they chose to give the documents to MP Whiteley。 And for Chapter 39 [The Dark Night of London]， not much commentary in this chapter and I definitely enjoyed the dynamic of Mycroft and Sherlock。I really really REALLY wish that next volume， Sherlock will give us justification why he came to conclude that our Liam is the Lord of Crime。 。。。more
